Our main aim is to provide seniors and others with a support system so they can remain in their own homes and lead a fulfilling life for as long as possible.

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales/ Business Development Representative to join our team. The role will attract go-getters who have an entrepreneurial spirit. It involves educating Retirement Homes/Social workers/Community Centers about our services via our platform and building and maintaining customer relationships and creating sales strategies to meet your KPIs. This is role covers Toronto West Region including Mississauga, Oakville Guelph. We are also looking to fill positions in York and Durham regions.

As the ideal candidate, you:

  • Focus on new business opportunities, sales, and community involvement. This position requires telephone and face-to-face sales calls with referral sources and direct interaction with clients
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital social workers and discharge planners, assisted living facilities, rehab facilities, physicians’ offices, B2B and B2C etc.
  • Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring sales campaigns both digital and direct.
  • Generate referrals for Tuktu Care by building vital business relationships, manages relationships with referral sources to promote and expand Tuktu Care services and leveraging all available technologies for increased effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • Help manage the process of converting a referral into an active Tuktu client.
  • Promote Tuktu Care through participation in local healthcare or business committees as well as community events.
  • Responsible for creating and establishing the marketing strategies and tactics for Home Care Services.
  • Lead and coordinate sales and marketing events and lead generation activities

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Ontario healthcare industry is required
  • Prior experience in home health or retirement sales is highly desirable
  • Must reside in the GTA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proven Business Development experience mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
