Your Role

As a Business Developer/B2B Sales Rep, you will be instrumental in driving our B2B sales strategy, building strong relationships with companies, and promoting our tailored training solutions. Your focus will be on understanding corporate needs and positioning Tutornow as a strategic partner in employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify potential corporate and SME clients, design tailored proposals, and close deals for our tutoring services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with HR and Learning & Development leaders, understanding their needs and offering tailored training solutions.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and market demands to identify new opportunities and refine our service offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product and training teams to ensure client needs are translated into actionable learning pathways.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets, contribute to revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track sales metrics, generate performance reports, and propose improvements to boost sales effectiveness.

The Qualities We Look For

  • Experience & Network: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the EdTech, HR, or corporate training sectors.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand corporate challenges and present effective solutions.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and Drive: A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of managing complex sales cycles.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
