In this role, you will
- Be the first recruiter on the People team and play a vital role in scaling our organization
- Implement and scale end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles — from entry level engineers though senior leadership roles (technical to nontechnical roles)
- Lead projects including interview training, employment branding, culture assessments, offers, benchmarking, etc.
- Constantly evaluate external trends and tools and identify opportunities to promote creative and out-of-the-box recruiting strategies
- Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment metrics and performance to key stakeholders, including the leadership team.
- Support people operations projects and initiatives from the people operations org
- Be a vital partner for senior leadership and have influence on the growth of the organization
- Work collaboratively across San Francisco team and South Korean team
You may be a good fit if you have
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top technical talent
- Designed, built and rolled out recruiting processes and are excited about scaling. 25 hires in six months doesn’t scare you
- Be data-driven and digitally savvy, with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced scaling environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership
- An interest in establishing equitable recruiting processes and a desire to go the extra mile to recruit non-traditional candidates
- Experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, and data-driven decisions and solutions
- Technical recruiting management or lead experience
- Previous experience partnering with executive staff
- Have supported and partnered with people team on people initiatives
