In this role, you will
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their use cases and technical requirements, providing expert guidance on leveraging Twelve Labs’ APIs.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the PoC and pilot processes, ensuring successful deployment and integration of our solutions.
- Support & Innovation: Provide ongoing support to existing customers, addressing new use cases and continuously enhancing their experience with our technology.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with the GTM team to identify market trends and develop strategies to expand our reach across various verticals.
- Prototype Development: Turn visionary ideas into reality by developing prototypes that showcase the capabilities of our video foundation models.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and potential partnerships to inform our GTM strategy.
- Product Input: Provide valuable feedback to the product team to influence feature prioritization and roadmap development.
You may be a good fit if you have
- 4+ years of experience as a technical Solutions Architect or similar technical customer-facing role. (Startup experience is a big plus)
- Experience with both pre/post-sales engagements.
- Experience in planning and deploying complex software products in various environments, including public cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premise.
- Experience with building applications and integrations using foundation model APIs.
- Experience with Python.
- Strong market awareness. You understand the players in the foundation model space and how they relate to each other.
- Experience and desire to translate a customer’s dream state from an abstract idea into a concrete implementation with clear and attainable intermediary steps along the way – When a customer says they want faster horses you build them a car and show them how the assembly line works.
- A creative drive and a sense of autonomy – as important as technical skills are the ability to lift the veil and give people what they didn’t know they were asking for is essential.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with global teams and customers.
