About the Role

Twelve Labs is at the forefront of video AI technology, transforming how businesses understand and utilize their video data by leveraging our multimodal video foundation models. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and its application in real-world use cases for our APAC clients. Your technical expertise, customer-centric approach, and ability to design tailored solutions will be pivotal in helping our clients unlock the full potential of our AI models.

In This Role, You Will:

• Partner with enterprise clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements, translating them into tailored solutions leveraging Twelve Labs’ video AI technology.

• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance on integrating Twelve Labs’ APIs and solutions into client systems.

• Design and deliver proof-of-concept (POC) projects, showcasing the value and capabilities of our multimodal models.

• Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering and Science teams to relay client feedback and influence product development priorities.

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

• Conduct technical workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and partners, showcasing the power of Twelve Labs’ solutions.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring successful deployments and satisfaction.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Have:

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical client-facing role.

• Deep expertise in designing and deploying solutions in enterprise environments, with experience in both on-premise and cloud deployments.

• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Experience in video analytics, computer vision, or multimodal AI technologies is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with video surveillance systems and media asset management systems is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and impactful messaging for diverse audiences.

• A collaborative mindset and a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

• A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel across the APAC region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and deliver technical workshops.
