Who we are
At TwelveLabs, we are pioneering the development of cutting-edge multimodal foundation models that have the ability to comprehend videos just like humans do. Our models have redefined the standards in video-language modeling, empowering us with more intuitive and far-reaching capabilities, and fundamentally transforming the way we interact with and analyze various forms of media.
With a $107 million in Seed and Series A funding, our company is backed by top-tier venture capital firms such as NVIDIA’s NVentures, NEA, Radical Ventures, and Index Ventures, and prominent AI visionaries and founders such as Fei-Fei Li, Silvio Savarese, Alexandr Wang and more. Headquartered in San Francisco, with an influential APAC presence in Seoul, our global footprint underscores our commitment to driving worldwide innovation.
We are a global company that values the uniqueness of each person’s journey. It is the differences in our cultural, educational, and life experiences that allow us to constantly challenge the status quo. We are looking for individuals who are motivated by our mission and eager to make an impact as we push the bounds of technology to transform the world. Join us as we revolutionize video understanding and multimodal AI.
About the Role
TwelveLabs is at the forefront of video AI technology, transforming how businesses understand and utilize their video data by leveraging our multimodal video foundation model. Our go-to-market team is dedicated to driving the adoption of these powerful models by helping customers power use cases.
You will play a pivotal role in our go-to-market strategy and revenue growth across APAC, primarily in Media & Entertainment (M&E) and AdTech, while flexing into other verticals (e.g., surveillance and public sector) as opportunities arise. This is an opportunity to shape not only our sales culture but also how foundation models are adopted by leading organizations.
What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, scope, negotiate, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals.
Vertical leadership (M&E & AdTech): convert workflows—content production, streaming, ad ops, brand safety, creative optimization—into concrete AI use cases and measurable ROI.
Partner co-selling: run joint account plans, pipeline reviews, and deal strategies with partners; coordinate enablement and marketing support where needed.
Expand beyond core when needed: pursue high-potential deals in other industries i.e. surveillance and public sector
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to craft impactful demos, pilots, and narratives—and feed customer insights back to the roadmap.
Hit and forecast targets: maintain a rigorous, data-driven pipeline and provide clear progress updates.
You may be a good fit if you have:
5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, focusing on Media & Entertainment and AdTech.
Deep curiosity and creative problem-solving abilities, but can make data-driven decisions.
Ability to navigate technical sales cycles with product, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, where you learn and iterate quickly to find the right path to success
Fluency in English; other APAC languages i.e. Japanese is a plus
Willingness to travel across APAC
