The Ultimate Role:

We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong research skills to join our team. You will have a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI research projects, collaborate with experienced AI/ML engineers, and make a real impact on the world. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning and natural language processing, as well as experience with developing and maintaining production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities:.

• Design and implement novel AI solutions for real business problems.

• Own full research projects end-to-end, from understanding business requirements to design, implementation, experimentation, and deployment.

• Work closely with machine learning engineers and product managers to ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business goals and meet user needs.

• Write clear and concise technical documentation.

• Keep up with the latest developments in NLP and ML and identify new concepts that could be applied to our business problems.

• Use suitable tools and technologies for rapid prototyping and testing.

The Ultimate Profile:

• Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in machine learning and NLP research.

• Ability to write production ready code in Python

• Knowledge of deep learning neural network architectures, with a focus on NLP.

• Experience with implementing machine learning models in production systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with conversational AI / LLMs.

• Experience with open source machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
