Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market research on consumers, competitors, and industry trends12
• Analyze large data sets using statistical techniques and software5
• Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable insights based on collected data5
• Identify market trends, consumer demographics, and sales opportunities5

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
• Create and format marketing materials, including surveys, reports, and presentations14
• Support email and fax campaign preparation and analysis4
• Maintain and update marketing databases and spreadsheets1

Sales Assistance

• Provide support to sales teams by gathering and analyzing sales-related data2
• Assist in developing sales strategies based on research findings
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer needs and market demands

Communication

• Present research findings and insights during team meetings5
• Prepare and distribute marketing communications, including press releases4
• Respond to inquiries and maintain correspondence with clients and stakeholders1

Requirements:

• Experience researching and analyzing data for insights
• Working with a Customer Relationship Management system in the past, preferably Hubspot
• Python a plus
• Maryland Resident
