Position Overview:

As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for helping customers select and book their ideal cruise vacations. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the perfect cruise option. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or tourism, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and proactively engage with potential customers to promote cruise offerings.
  • Provide tailored recommendations based on customer preferences, budget, and travel dates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about various cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, and promotions to provide expert advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively converting leads into bookings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM software.
  • Handle customer concerns and queries, providing a high level of after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of the cruise industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is preferred.
