The more staff they have at a daycare, the more spots they are able to open for children. 50% of daycares have space for more children, but haven't been able to hire the staff to manage it. Through the Upkid app daycares can find a qualified teacher in seconds. Whether to help as a last minute substitute or a recurring teacher to augment their staff.
