Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Product Manager. The Sr. Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities include identifying and defining product requirements, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams, and continuously assessing product performance to identify opportunities for improvement. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years in a Product Management for a software product company (preferably for a startup or small to medium sized company)
  • Strong expertise in product development, product management, and creating product strategies
  • Proficiency in market analysis, user research, and synthesizing customer insights
  • Experience with digital tools and technology, especially software product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work effectively across teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, solve complex problems, and adapt to a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare is a plus
