What You Will Be Working On

We’re seeking a hands-on and reliable Warehouse Operations Lead to lead our operations team. This role combines operational execution (approximately 70%) with team management (approximately 30%) to help us build a safe, efficient, and future-ready warehouse operation.

You'll play a critical role in guiding the team, improving processes, and preparing the warehouse for upcoming changes, including a warehouse move, new security protocols, and the implementation of a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

• Daily coordination and leadership of the warehouse team
• Contributing to warehouse operations and daily workload
• Hiring and onboarding new team members
• Planning shifts, monitoring holidays and absences
• Ensuring warehouse safety and security
• Being the key point of contact for the Managing Director for all warehouse matters
• Supporting and executing improvement projects
• Identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and reduce risk

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• An efficient and detail-oriented way of working
• A proactive mindset and a drive to improve processes
• Ability to lead by example and manage a team with limited supervision
• Willingness to get your hands dirty and contribute actively on the floor (70% of your time)
• Fluent in English
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or fulfilment environments
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods
