We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to take ownership of the design function at an early-stage, fast-growing company. As the first dedicated designer on the team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product’s look, feel, and usability—ranging from high-level strategy to polished, pixel-perfect execution. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves turning ideas into intuitive user experiences, and is motivated to set the foundation for product and brand design.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of design across product and brand: from initial wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity visuals.
• Lead end-to-end design in Figma, including user flows, information architecture, design systems, and UI components.
• Partner with product and engineering to bring features from concept to launch.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the product and brand.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into impactful design improvements.
• Help shape company culture and design standards as the first in-house designer.
• (Bonus) Create marketing assets and graphics in Figma/Canva to support growth and brand initiatives.

• Able to balance detail-oriented design with the need for speed and iteration.
• Skilled at thinking through both user flows and visual polish.
• Collaborative and proactive, with a strong sense of product intuition.

Skills We Value

• Deep expertise with Figma (prototyping, components, design systems).
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Strong foundation in UX, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with user testing and incorporating feedback into design.
• (Bonus) Experience in early-stage startups, fintech, or marketplace products.
• (Bonus) Ability to design marketing assets using Canva or similar tools.
