We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create reports and dashboards, and support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights.
• Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to present findings.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain databases, queries, and data pipelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
• Prior experience in business intelligence or data-driven roles.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros).
