About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our hiring partner's growing team. You’ll design, build, and maintain end-to-end features—from backend APIs to front-end interfaces—helping us deliver scalable, reliable solutions for our clients.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Canada.

Important: Applicants must hold valid Canadian work authorization for at least 2 years from their start date.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Node.js on the backend and React (or similar frameworks) on the frontend.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs; integrate with third-party services.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems for performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript with backend experience in Node.js.
• Familiarity with React (professional or project-based experience).
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI design.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs (REST and GraphQL).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Valid Canadian work authorization for at least 2 years (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
