About the Company
Our hiring partner is building an AI-powered Chief of Staff for every employee — a smart assistant that listens to meetings, summarizes discussions, answers questions, and takes action so teams can stay focused on what really matters.
They’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to lead and expand the mobile experience across iOS and Android. In this role, you’ll design and deliver features that bring the company’s meeting intelligence tools to users on the go. You’ll have end-to-end ownership, shaping the mobile strategy and ensuring every release enhances productivity for teams worldwide.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Our hiring partner is a remote-first, Series A startup backed by top investors including Craft Ventures, iNovia, and Felicis. The founding team previously built Fluidware (acquired by SurveyMonkey) and is now empowering companies like Shopify, HubSpot, and Warner Media—as well as fast-growing startups around the world—to run better meetings through AI-driven insights.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Mobile Platform: Take full responsibility for the iOS and Android apps (built with Capacitor), guiding architecture, design, and implementation.
- Build Cross-Platform Features: Create seamless, high-performance functionality that feels native on both platforms.
- Work Autonomously: Define your own technical direction, make key architectural choices, and ship high-quality releases with minimal oversight.
- Leverage AI Tools: Use modern, AI-assisted development tools to speed up coding, testing, and debugging.
- Deliver Impactful Outcomes: Focus on features that drive engagement and meaningful improvements to user experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Design, and other engineers to ensure polished, intuitive mobile experiences.
- Maintain Quality: Set and uphold standards for testing, performance, and app reliability.
- Go Deep on Frameworks: Become the in-house expert on Capacitor—understanding its strengths, tradeoffs, and how to extend it with native code when needed.
About You
You could be a great fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of professional development experience, including at least 2 years in mobile (iOS or Android).
- Are comfortable taking full ownership of a product area and driving it forward.
- Are curious and proactive—excited to pick up new frameworks and tools.
- Enjoy fast-moving teams where you can iterate quickly and have a visible impact.
- Care deeply about user experience, performance, and attention to mobile design details.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with hybrid frameworks such as Capacitor, Ionic, or Flutter.
- Native experience in Swift or Kotlin.
- Shipped and maintained apps on the App Store or Google Play.

AI-assisted development, thorough code reviews, and knowledge sharing are central to how they work. Regular hackathons, learning sessions, and open collaboration keep innovation at the forefront—and every win is celebrated as a team.
Work Flexibly
