They’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineering Lead to guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to building scalable software systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Technical Execution

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaboration
• Contribute across the stack with Python/Django on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend
• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for performance and scalability
• Oversee architecture decisions and deployment processes using AWS and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Review technical plans and ensure implementation quality
• Strengthen testing, documentation, and development standards across the team

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation

• Work with Product and Operations teams to align engineering priorities with business objectives
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Participate in architecture reviews and system design discussions
• Partner with internal teams to gather feedback and shape future product direction
• Represent engineering in discussions with key partners and stakeholders

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Strong backend development background with Python/Django or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript
• Experience working with AWS or comparable cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Solid database experience (SQL/ORMs) and commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Comfortable with Git and version control workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing leadership and technical work
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
