About the Role
We’re looking for talented AI/ML Engineers who are passionate about using data and machine learning to solve complex business challenges for large organizations across the US and Canada. What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and data solutions for enterprise-level projects.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Optimize model performance and scalability for production environments.
• Support data-driven decision-making through applied machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Location: Must be based in Canada (remote position).
• Experience:
  2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML data projects.
  3–7 years of total experience in data, analytics, or related fields.
• Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (required).
  Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.
• Bonus Points For:
  Experience in consulting or client-facing data projects.
  Snowflake experience and/or certification.
