About the Role

Our hiring partner is seeking a Growth Engineer (5–8 years of experience) who combines sharp product instincts with hands-on technical execution to accelerate product-led growth. This role sits at the crossroads of engineering, product, and marketing—ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and measuring impact.

You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team that values autonomy, experimentation, and learning speed. This position offers significant ownership over growth initiatives, with the opportunity to lead key metrics and potentially expand into broader leadership within growth and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement growth experiments across user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Develop and deploy rapid prototypes and small-scale tools (integrations, SEO/GEO tests, micro-features) that demonstrate measurable impact.
• Analyze funnel data and experiment results to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
• Build scalable systems across web, backend, and mobile environments.
• Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives and contribute to shaping the company’s growth narrative.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on high-visibility projects that influence overall growth direction.

What You Bring

• Strong computer science fundamentals and experience building and shipping across web or mobile (React, Node.js, Swift/Kotlin a plus).
