About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Founding Frontend Engineer to join our early-stage team and play a key role in building a world-class digital product from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a founding team composed of unicorn founders and top industry leaders from globally recognized companies. You’ll help define the technical foundation, product experience, and culture of a fast-growing startup from day one.

As our frontend expert, you’ll have full ownership of the stack and collaborate closely with the founding team to design and deliver a seamless, high-performing product.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performing frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring ideas to life.
• Establish and evolve our frontend architecture, code standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to product direction and technical decision-making as an early team member.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Act as a mentor and thought leader as the engineering team grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Next.js and TypeScript — capable of delivering production-grade applications end-to-end.
• Previous experience working in North American startups or tech companies is required.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture, performance optimization, and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Passion for product development, user experience, and building products from zero to one.

Nice to Have

• Experience with backend integration (REST or GraphQL APIs).
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, Vercel).
• Previous founding team or early-stage startup experience.
