Raft is the intelligent logistics platform that’s rewriting the technology playbook for freight forwarders and customs brokers in the automation era. A dynamic UK-based technology company that’s fundamentally reshaping international logistics, we’re searching for a Revenue Operations Technology Manager who is excited by the prospect of working in a rapidly growing scale-up. We have significant runway thanks to funding from leading US investor Bessemer Venture Partners (LinkedIn, Twilio, Shopify), alongside Episode 1 (Zoopla, Betfair, Shazam) and supply chain-focused fund Dynamo Ventures (Sennder, Stord).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RevOps Tech Stack Manager with a passion to enable people through technology. Your main area of responsibility will be to maintain, optimise, and leverage technology to enable our marketing, sales, customer success and support teams to do their best work every day, to accelerate revenue growth, and to provide a best in class customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SaaS tech landscape, the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications as well as the ability to align and configure systems, and implement processes that facilitate accelerated revenue growth for the overall customer journey to support the commercial team.

Day to day Responsibilities:

  • Technology Stack Management:
    • Oversee and maintain the entire revenue operations technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, customer success platforms, and other related tools.
  • Integration and Data Management:
    • Ensure seamless integration between different systems to streamline data flows.
    • Maintain data accuracy across platforms, including data cleansing and optimization.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve integration issues and improve data integrity.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze existing revenue operations processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Revenue Operations Alignment:
    • Collaborate with all commercial teams to align and optimize technology solutions in order to facilitate the achievement of their objectives.
    • Collaborate with all commercial departments to Implement strategies to enhance lead generation, prospect tracking, and sales performance.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users on various technology platforms, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the tools and processes to maximize their productivity.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue operations functions.
    • Present actionable insights to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Security and Compliance:
    • Work with IT and security teams to ensure the technology stack complies with data security and privacy regulations, and implement measures to safeguard sensitive data and prevent breaches.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology providers.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, support and product development to achieve revenue objectives in a global environment.
  • Continuous Learning and Industry Research:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in revenue operations technology.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage emerging tools and methodologies to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong experience managing revenue operations technology stacks for B2B SaaS companies, preferably serving the logistics industry.
  • Broad and strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), sales enablement tools (e.g., DealHub), Revenue Optimisation tools, project planning (e.g., Monday.com), customer success software, and reporting software (e.g., Holistics).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data, create reports, and derive actionable insights, including data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of and experience in configuring and reporting SaaS B2B metrics across the customer journey; marketing, sales, onboarding, customer success and customer support.
  • Experience in streamlining and automating revenue operations processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Understanding of how systems interconnect to integrate data between platforms, and strong competency with data management.
  • A proactive and innovative problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Have a history of leaving things better than you found them - you're an automator and optimiser by nature.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Highly flexible when faced with ambiguity and complexity, with the ability to both improvise and iterate.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving technology needs.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding objectives.
  • Knowledge of revenue operations technology trends and SaaS business models.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
