Raft is the intelligent logistics platform that’s rewriting the technology playbook for freight forwarders and customs brokers in the automation era. A dynamic UK-based AI technology company with a global impact across logistics, we’re searching for a Compliance and Application Operations Manager who is excited by the prospect of working in a rapidly growing international scale-up. As a Compliance & Operations Manager, you will work closely with members of Raft’s Compliance Committee and members of the executive leadership team (including reporting into our General Counsel and supporting the Chief of Staff and Chief People Officer) to drive strategic compliance initiatives, roll-out and further develop the group’s compliance framework and manage the operations of some of our core tech applications (including CRM and CLM systems). This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact, strategic compliance projects and core business operations that directly influence Raft’s growth trajectory, and is an excellent opportunity to get the inside track on how to operate and run a high growth AI technology company.

What you will do:

• Strategic Compliance Initiatives: Support our Compliance Committee on strategic compliance initiatives, own and drive the implementation of Raft’s core compliance programs across data privacy, artificial intelligence, and Information Security (we are ISO270001:2013 certified). You support existing compliance programs and the transition to ISO27001:2022 through audits and procurement cycles, develop internal procedures, maintain compliance records and applications, prepare and deliver training to staff.
• Legal tech ops: support the management of our legal tech applications, including our compliance documentation portal, contract lifecycle management tool, sanctions tool and Information Security Management System tools systems. Your responsibilities would include maintaining accurate data and that due process is followed, in addition to ensuring system efficiency optimisation under the guidance of our General Counsel and Chief of Staff as well as providing user support in the application (working together with our Sales Ops Managers).
