Senior Product Manager - Facilities Tech

- 6+ years in product management, engineering, or consulting, preferably within operational tech, supply chain, or logistics environments.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex products, particularly around Warehouse Management Systems or directed workflow solutions.
- Deep commitment to understanding and addressing the challenges of our primary users—Ground Ops Associates and Warehouse Managers. You obsess over their pain points and experiences to build products that make their jobs safer, more efficient, and simpler.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data, business impact, and metrics to guide product strategy and measure success.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in a facilities setting, with the ability to navigate operational environments and collaborate effectively with warehouse and ground operations teams.
- Define & Own the Roadmap: Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for Facilities Tech, with a strong focus on WMS, FCC, and Directed Workflow solutions.
- Collaborate & Gather Insights: Partner with Ground Ops Associates, Supervisors, Operations Managers, and Supply Chain leadership to understand their needs and integrate their feedback into product planning.
- Enhance Safety, Performance & Quality: Design and implement features that boost operational safety, improve performance metrics, and ensure high-quality standards across our facilities.
- Drive End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product development cycle—from ideation and requirement gathering (BRDs/PRDs) to execution, cross functional collaboration, launch, and iterative improvement.
- Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and drive continuous enhancement of our operational tools.
- Champion Change Management: Develop and execute go-to-market and change management strategies to drive seamless adoption of new workflows among operations teams.
- Communicate & Influence: Clearly articulate the product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Engage on the Ground: Reside in one of Veho’s core markets (where a Veho facility is located) and spend time on-site at least weekly to gain first-hand insights and foster strong relationships with local operations teams.
- Product & Operational Expertise: A sound understanding of product management, combined with hands-on experience in operational or logistics technology.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with building and launching operational systems such as WMS and directed workflow solutions.
- Collaborative Approach: A proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, balancing the needs of technical partners and operations stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: A relentless focus on driving safety, performance, and quality improvements in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills: An analytical mindset with a track record of translating operational challenges into innovative product solutions.
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000, dependent on experience, skills, and education.
