- Strategic Outreach Management: Develop and execute clear, concise outreach cadences with measurable objectives. Track results, report performance, and identify actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Event Outreach: Lead pre, during, and post-event outreach to secure meetings with target brands, enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
- Outbound Prospecting: Use phone, email, and LinkedIn in-mails to engage decision-makers and secure meetings with target accounts.
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough online research and qualification calls to assess and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- 5+ Years of BDR Experience: Proven success in selling to logistics decision-makers within enterprise accounts, with demonstrated ability to generate a strong sales pipeline.
- Track Record of Results: Experience consistently securing meetings, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into qualified leads.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, engage senior stakeholders, and foster collaboration.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Skilled in measuring outreach success, reporting outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in HubSpot and sales automation tools like Apollo to optimize outreach and pipeline development.
- Ambition and Initiative: A proactive, self-driven attitude with a natural ability to take ownership, book initial meetings, and deliver impactful results.
- Experience with Data-Driven Products: Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or innovative, data-driven solutions is a strong advantage.
