About The Role:
As a Supervisor within the Pre & Post Route Operations organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring all operations are performed satisfactorily and that your team is operating at its full potential. You will also be relied on to help set up new processes and ensure teammates are informed and trained on all changes to their workflows. You will help develop the team’s culture, coach teammates, and be a liaison with other departments and with leadership within Pre & Post Route Operations and Live Ops as a whole.
Compensation:
$8 USD per hour (paid in COP), we anticipate 40 hours of work per week. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in our WeWork office is required.
The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
Schedule: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM Sunday-Thursday
What you’ll do:
- Be a point of escalation for complex or exceptional driver partner or internal team cases
- Help ensure teammates are on track from a performance and attendance perspective and coach teammates to improve their skills
- Support new initiatives across the organization by implementing updated processes and optimizing processes where opportunities exist
- Providing a feedback loop to daytime teammates
- Help onboard and train new team members, as needed
- Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks
What You Bring:
- Passion about a top-tier tech startup that aims to build the next powerhouse of logistics technology
- Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems
- 2-4 years of managerial/supervisory experience, past experience in a Support role
- Work well in a fast-paced environment that is, at times, has high incoming email/chat volumes
- Ability to prioritize appropriately and show detail orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have)
