About the Role
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic thought partner and operational leader to the CEO and the executive team at Veho. This role is the organizational glue that ensures alignment across the company’s most critical priorities and initiatives, particularly within the executive team. As the executive team’s operating system, the Chief of Staff will streamline communication, optimize decision-making, and create leverage at the highest levels of the business.
This is a high-impact, high-trust position, designed for a systems thinker with strong strategic acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a bias for action.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Support to the CEO
  • Operate as a trusted thought partner and sounding board to the CEO.
  • Act as a proxy in key meetings, making decisions and communicating feedback on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s time by evaluating priorities and absorbing or delegating initiatives as needed.
  • Support the CEO with communication around company strategy and leadership decisions.
Executive Team Management & Alignment
  • Serve as a central coordination point for the executive team, ensuring alignment on top priorities, company goals, and strategic focus areas.
  • Foster healthy cross-functional collaboration by surfacing friction points, facilitating issue resolution, and driving forward accountability.
  • Monitor and track progress on strategic initiatives across the leadership team – identifying risks, flagging bottlenecks, and supporting timely course corrections.
  • Lead the preparation and facilitation of executive team meetings and weekly standups to ensure structured discussion and effective outcomes.
Special Projects
  • Lead or incubate high-priority initiatives on behalf of the CEO and executive team, often operating as a project manager or interim owner until the function is scaled or staffed.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in executive planning offsites, leadership summits, and company-wide goal-setting efforts.
What you bring:
  • At least 10 years of professional experience at top performing organizations, broken down as follows
    • 4 - 6 years in a top-tier management consulting or investment banking program with proven exposure to executive-level problem solving, cross-functional projects, and strategic planning
    • 4 - 6 years in strategic or operational leadership roles at a top-tier, high-growth startup.
  • Executive presence and sound judgment—trusted to represent the CEO and leadership team with integrity and maturity.
  • Exceptional communication skills—can synthesize, simplify, and influence across audiences and formats.
  • Systems thinker – skilled at structuring ambiguity, bringing order to chaos, and creating scalable frameworks that enable clarity and execution.
  • Bias for action – proactively drives initiatives forward with urgency, accountability, and a focus on tangible outcomes.
  • Operationally rigorous and detail-oriented – thrives on clarity, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical thinker with a very high degree of acumen working with data and numbers.
  • Emotionally intelligent and highly collaborative—builds trust across teams and adapts communication to different working styles.
