- Design and execute compelling creative across a variety of formats and channels — from event activations to paid ads to social media content, videos, case studies, landing pages, and more.
- Collaborate with marketing partners to develop strong concepts rooted in brand and business strategy.
- Own and uphold Veho’s visual identity across marketing initiatives while finding moments to evolve and elevate the brand.
- Translate creative briefs into thoughtful, effective design solutions.
- Leverage performance data and feedback loops to refine and optimize creative assets.
- Communicate and present ideas clearly, building alignment and buy-in with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain high standards for craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
- Use AI tools (e.g., for image generation, copy support, or design ideation) to enhance speed, quality, and experimentation.
- Partner closely with designers and marketers to ship work efficiently and collaboratively.
- 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house team, working across both digital and print.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, brand storytelling, and polished execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating performance-driven marketing assets and iterating based on data.
- Familiarity with Webflow or similar no-code tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Able to receive and apply feedback with a growth mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under tight deadlines.
- Passionate about design and eager to stay on top of trends, tools, and best practices.
