About the role:
- Own and optimize the commercial tech stack, including CRM (likely Salesforce), sales engagement tools, data enrichment, generative AI, marketing automation, contract management software, and quoting and billing systems.
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, seller performance, product-market fit and revenue generation.
- Partner with the Sales team to improve sales processes, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity, focusing on the unique aspects of selling Veho's logistics solutions.
- Work closely with the Operations team to enhance data accessibility and accuracy required for capacity planning, network strategy and overall operational requirements to service prospective clients.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement new systems, processes, and initiatives that support Veho's growth objectives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Sales Operations policies and procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency
- Provide training and support to team members on commercial tools and processes.
- Champion automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance sales workflows.
- Monitor adherence and address any deviations to ensure accurate and timely output
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience and strong technical expertise in Salesforce or HubSpot (e.g.,held roles in Salesforce administrator), either solely responsible for Salesforce/HubSpot or part of a very small team responsible for that
- Experience with other GTM tech stacks and how they integrate to Salesforce/HubSpot
- Experience in Sales Operations or a related Revenue Operations role, preferably within a logistics or technology-driven delivery company.
- Experience implementing new tools and optimizing existing GTM tech stacks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication (English), collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable being the operational backbone of a growing GTM function.
- Experience guiding and supporting sales teams around clean data entry, metrics and sales activity.
- Experience with SQL, or other data query languages is a plus.
