Operational Performance & Process Improvement
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-delivery, on-time performance, and network utilization.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to boost operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between supply chain strategy, product development, and business objectives.
  • Create and implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain optimization.
Technology & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Work closely with data science and engineering teams to improve logistics optimization tools and marketplace algorithms.
  • Use machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to improve network performance.
  • Identify and integrate new technologies that enhance supply chain efficiency and transparency.
Partnerships & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), carriers, and fulfillment partners.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness.
  • Drive alignment between supply chain initiatives and marketplace growth strategies.
What You Bring:
