Role Overview
Who you are:
- Talent Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute Veho’s recruiting strategy across all functions, with a strong focus on bar-raising talent.
- Own the entire end-to-end candidate lifecycle employer branding/initial outreach, through interviewing all the way to signing with Veho.
- Lead a high-performing recruiting team that can scale with business growth.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to position Veho as a top employer for talent.
- Data-Driven Recruiting
- Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and analytics using Gem (or similar tools) to measure pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other hiring metrics.
- Use data insights to improve recruiting processes, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Report progress and key hiring metrics to executive leadership.
- Process Optimization
- Implement scalable tools, systems, and workflows to create an exceptional candidate experience.
- Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to drive efficiency and quality of hire.
- Be a driver of AI in Recruiting
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with executives and department leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
- Global Recruiting
- Design and manage processes for global hiring, with a focus on LATAM talent markets.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and cultural hiring nuances.
What you bring:
- Experience
- 8+ years of recruiting experience at fast growing technology companies (ideally at the series B to D stage), with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Has worked before with company top executives.
- Proven success in technical recruiting and building global hiring strategies.
- Strong track record of talent. LATAM hiring (A plus).
- Skills
- Advanced experience with recruiting analytics and reporting using Gem (or similar tools).
- Deep knowledge of ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
