- Process Oversight: Review, manage, and monitor the status of incoming procurement requests for designated categories, ensuring all documentation is complete and aligned with Veho's policies and standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, working closely with Finance, Legal, Security, and Accounting teams to ensure timely review, approval, and execution of all vendor agreements.
- Contract Management: Maintain the company's contract repository by uploading all executed agreements, tagging essential metadata, and establishing automated renewal reminders to prevent service disruptions and missed opportunities.
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead and execute comprehensive sourcing events (RFx) for your assigned categories, driving market engagement and competitive bidding.
- Negotiation & Renewal: Manage vendor contract renewals and lead negotiations for new contracts, focusing on securing the most favorable business terms, pricing, and compliance for Veho.
- Cost Efficiency: Evaluate current spend within designated categories to proactively identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, and closely monitor the pipeline of savings projects, providing regular progress updates to Finance.
- BS in business, finance, supply chain management or other related field required, MBA is a plus
- 5-6+ years experience in Procurement, preferably in high growth & dynamic environment
- Experience sourcing direct goods/supplies and/or real estate agreements preferred
- Demonstrated deployment of Procurement best practices and methodologies
- Strong familiarity with modern procurement platforms, ZIP preferred.
- Independent working style, ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work cross functionally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
