- Use data and collaborate with the Senior Director, Launch Network to identify and execute process improvements for the operation. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are crucial for optimizing performance and addressing challenges.
- Generate programs and practices that deliver a high level of customer satisfaction, on-time delivery success, and safety in our warehouses
- Champion and take ultimate accountability for key cross-functional and network-wide strategic initiatives.
- Create, foster, and maintain strategic relationships with appropriate stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and driver partners.
- Champion OSHA compliance and drive a culture of safety
- Lead through the values of team up, drive impact, take ownership, solve bigger, obsess over experience, and make today count
- Work cross-functionally to hire, retain, coach, and develop leaders within the region
- Lead efforts to significantly impact efficiencies and scalability in warehouse operations
- 6-8 years experience in warehouse operations management, including multi site experience
- Minimum of 4 years leading and managing a team of direct and indirect reports 6+ years of complex logistics operations, including warehouse, inventory, and last-mile delivery experience
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to manage leaders, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
- Ability to effectively respond to and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Tech proficiency and advanced analytical skills--experience with Excel/Google sheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Physically able to stand for the duration of the shift, move boxes up and down, including bending and frequently lifting (up to 50 lbs required)
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Has Lean/Six Sigma experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Start-up/tech experience- proven ability to navigate ambiguity, working in an entrepreneurial environment
