What You’ll Do
- Own sales enablement implementation from a Product Marketing standpoint, ensuring our go-to-market engine is consistent, high-quality, and effective.
- Maintain and evolve our sales enablement ecosystem so the field always has up-to-date, high-impact assets.
- Build new segment-specific collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies) for emerging segments informed by our discovery process and customer insights.
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive adoption and effective usage of assets, ensuring the team is equipped to win every deal.
- Automate and streamline updates to coverage maps and rate cards to keep commercial teams aligned with the latest offerings and pricing.
- Conduct deep customer, competitor, and market research to shape product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
- Develop market intelligence that directly informs product roadmap, pricing strategy, and GTM decisions.
- Continuously refine and expand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) as new products and capabilities launch.
- Analyze trends and performance data to develop compelling messaging frameworks, narratives, and launch strategies for new features and initiatives.
- Build and maintain “Size of the Prize” and “Share of Wallet” frameworks, quantifying investment, ROI, and expansion potential across capabilities and segments.
- Evaluate and optimize the customer journey, identifying messaging and conversion opportunities using both qualitative insights and quantitative data.
- Operationalize cross-functional decision frameworks to support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Product in evaluating tradeoffs between initiatives and prioritizing roadmap bets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of prior professional experience in product marketing, consulting, strategy, operations, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills: you are comfortable with data, can structure complex problems, and extract insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal: you can simplify complex topics and craft compelling, customer-centric narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and move projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mindset: you take ownership, operate with urgency, and are comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Passion for customer experience, logistics, or tech-driven businesses is a plus
