About the Role
Key Responsibilities and Example Projects Include
- Manage and evolve Veho’s commercial tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and BI tools
- Design scalable data models, workflows, and integrations across systems
- Ensure Salesforce remains the trusted system of record for the revenue organization
- Maintain clear documentation and governance standards for all systems
- Identify and deploy automation opportunities across the revenue lifecycle
- Implement AI-driven workflows for pipeline tracking, reporting, enrichment, routing, and summarization
- Reduce manual reporting and operational overhead across the Commercial team
- Evaluate and operationalize new AI and automation tools
- Own the infrastructure powering revenue reporting and dashboards
- Ensure commercial KPIs such as pipeline health, win rates, and rep activity are accurate and accessible
- Build automated reporting frameworks that allow leaders to easily generate insights
- Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and adoption
- Own the end-to-end commission tracking process
- Ensure accurate calculations and timely payouts
- Maintain transparency and communication with the sales organization
- Support territory assignments and quota-setting methodologies
- Leverage data and modeling to ensure balanced coverage and achievable targets
- Maintain data accuracy protocols and field standards
- Lead change management and release processes for GTM tools
- Ensure consistent adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
A Great Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
- Deep experience with Salesforce administration, workflows, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with sales engagement or intelligence platforms (Outreach, Gong, Salesloft, etc.)
- Experience owning commission tracking and quota processes
- Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
- Strong understanding of core RevOps metrics, including pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, and deal cycles
- Ability to design scalable systems and automation that improve operational efficiency
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience implementing automation or AI workflows
- SQL or data architecture experience
- Salesforce certification
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
- Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or consumption-based business models
