- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new employer customers, from kickoff through successful platform launch.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, ensuring milestones are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
- Coordinate platform setup tasks, including configuration, data uploads, user account creation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Deliver customer training sessions to ensure customers fully understand how to use Venteur’s platform to maximize its value for their employees.
- Provide ongoing platform support post-onboarding, managing updates, configuration changes, and maintenance requests to ensure customers’ platforms remain accurate and aligned with their business needs.
- Respond to platform-related questions and service requests from both customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption trends post-launch, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Account Management) to improve workflows and deliver a seamless experience from sales to implementation to ongoing customer success.
- Track and report on onboarding and platform maintenance success metrics
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years customer-facing role, such as customer implementation, onboarding, or customer success/account management
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort managing platform configurations and system updates.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding and platform support tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with basic Excel functions and data auditing skills, experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in an ever-changing, high-growth environment.
- Ability to obtain Individual Health Insurance Producer License (company facilitated).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or employee benefits/HR tech industries.
- Familiarity with health insurance or benefits administration.
- Experience managing platform support and maintenance requests.
- Process improvement and knowledge base development experience.
- Experience with reporting and dashboard creation to track and communicate onboarding and platform support success.
- Customer Success Ops experience, including automation and process optimization.
