Key Responsibilities of this Role include:
- Manage identity and access management solutions leveraging least privilege access controls, including end-user credentialing management and email account support.
- Manage device management solutions to ensure physical and virtual employee devices are hardened, secure, and productive.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for all employees, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in the day-to-day operation of the Microsoft Azure Cloud ecosystem and the Microsoft Defender Endpoint environment, including system and policy updates, backups, and maintenance tasks to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Coordinate with HR on process workflows for workforce lifecycle management, including equipment procurement and access provisioning activities.
- Maintain licenses and support for department specific software.
- Recommend and facilitate technology purchases that support business operations.
- Continuously analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of Venteur’s environment and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Strong information technology background, including 5+ years of experience designing and implementing configurations and programs at scale.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Cloud Ecosystem, Entra, Intune, Purview, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Strong knowledge of information technology best practices.
- High degree of empathy for both internal and external customers.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency.
