About the Role:

We are seeking a Go-To-Market Lead to join our Growth Team. As the GTM Lead you will be crucial in setting the foundation for inbound demand generation. You will have significant ownership over executing on our Go-to-Market Strategy while leading experimentation efforts on top-of-funnel channels. This role is for someone who can execute, experiment, and learn extremely fast.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive new leads for Venteur across our entire funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel demand generation
  • Ideate and execute new top-of-funnel campaigns or viral loops designed to drive new customers to sign up for Venteur
  • Own the feedback loop of testing new campaigns, analyzing the results, and sharing learnings with our broader Growth, Sales, and Product teams
  • Work closely with Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to close new business. This role has an expectation of a 25% travel commitment for conferences, events, and team meetings.


Success Metrics:

  • Identify 2-3 new channels for growth with a strong and scalable LTV / CAC (>3)
  • Create a consistent pipeline of inbound leads to scale Venteur within the mid-market segment


Basic Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years experience in a growth role at a high-performing startup and/or 2+ years in management consulting, finance, or investment banking
  • You’ve owned a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal before – you know how to hold yourself accountable to consistently moving numbers up
  • Deep customer empathy – you should be able to use first principles thinking to figure out what campaigns our customers (founders, executives, HR leaders) will be excited by
  • An ownership mentality.
  • Enthusiasm, aptitude, and attitude for a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-growth startup work environment.


Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B2C (especially in insurance or FinTech).
  • Experience in healthcare insurance
  • Experience at a startup selling to business owners & founders
  • Paid acquisition experience, owning campaigns end-to-end
