About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth Team. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will own digital marketing and drive new customers to Venteur. You will lead the creation of new assets, experiments on new channels, and identifying channel-market-fit. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact Venteur’s growth by building and scaling some of the company’s fastest-growing channels. This role is for someone who loves data, and can execute and learn extremely fast.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop systems and processes for testing, optimizing, and scaling successful performance-driven campaigns.
  • Track and analyze performance throughout the entire funnel, from ad frequency to conversion rates at each step in the user journey.
  • Own creative creation and iteration to continuously improve the click-through rate and conversion rate of the campaigns.
  • Regularly communicate insights and trends in the performance marketing landscape to the broader growth organization.
  • Work closely with Broker Partnerships and Sales to close new business.

Success Metrics:

  • Optimize our performance marketing efforts to arrive at a consistent and scalable LTV / CAC (>3)
  • Create a consistent pipeline of inbound leads to scale Venteur within the mid-market segment

Basic Requirements:

  • 5+years of total work experience including work in performance marketing at a high-growth technology company.
  • Owned a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal before – you know how to hold yourself accountable to consistently moving numbers up
  • Master of data analysis and have an exceptional ability to draw key insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Deep customer empathy – you should be able to use first principles thinking to figure out what campaigns our customers (executives, HR leaders) will be excited by.
  • An ownership mentality.
  • Ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Enthusiasm, aptitude, and attitude for a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-growth startup work environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B2C (especially in insurance or FinTech).
  • Experience in healthcare insurance.
  • Experience at a startup selling to business owners & founders
