About the Role: Venteur is seeking a skilled operations specialist to provide surge support during Open Enrollment for a 180-day period: August 15 through January 15. The contractor will primarily perform carrier enrollment audits, payment reconciliation, and other related tasks as mutually agreed upon by Venteur and the consultant. The expected level of effort will not exceed 40 hours per week. The pay rate for this engagement is $25 per hour. The nature of this role will require the Consultant to successfully pass a background check. Your Responsibilities:
- Reconcile payment records, identify discrepancies, and resolve any payment-related issues.
- Conduct regular audits of payment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines, contractual agreements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
- Support other operational tasks upon request.
