About the role

Your core responsibility will be leading programs and projects and solving problems in a fully automated and decentralized world. Our programs are divided vertically according to our key technologies, and each program can include a group of related projects (or a combination of projects and programs) that together support a strategic business or product development priorities. As a key member of the team, you will also:
Coordinate our key worldwide projects, and other strategic initiatives
Guide our project managers, testers, and heads of dev-team to ensure they are all working effectively toward the program’s objective.
Facilitate communication among a program’s cross-functional team
Interact with customers and partners
Report project status and execution to top management
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Daily program management throughout the program/project lifecycle
Define the program/project governance
Plan the overall program/project and monitor the progress
Manage the program’s/project’s budget
Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements
Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
Manage stakeholders’ expectations through regular communication
Align deliverables to the program’s/project’s outcome
Work with business & technical teams to drive analytic applications product implementation and delivery.
Support engineering & product leaders in providing organization visibility and driving team accountability to ensure the initiative moves forward at the pace needed.
Implement and advocate for adherence to shared processes and practices, helping to remove impediments and improve cross-team execution.
Assist teams, through coaching and mentoring, to be self-directed with strong accountability, decision making, conflict resolution, and transparency.
Implement techniques and best practices to existing processes & agile methodology so teams can stay in alignment, on track to plans, and achieve their stated goals.

About you

5+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven experience with enterprise software development.
Proven records of delivered projects.
Hands-on knowledge of various agile & continuous delivery practices and disciplines.
Excellent problem-solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues of all levels.
Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills.
A high level of organization and attention to detail.
Excellent training skills and ability to work hands-on with teams in an advisor role.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
The desire to help others succeed, and the ability to quietly assess when and where to act as needed.
Hands-on experience with project management tools
A keen desire to gain a deeper knowledge of technologies and methodologies that may benefit us in the future through self-paced research, learning, collaboration, and experimentation
