We are currently the largest US investing platform for Indian investors. At Vested we believe in constantly challenging the status quo and creating products that people across the world have never had access to. We have just closed our Series A financing round and are looking to rapidly expand our product lines and the number of markets we serve. ​

About the role

Vested is looking for a seasoned marketer to lead our new user acquisition efforts - from awareness, to acquisition, and activation. As the Director of User Acquisition, you will:
Work closely with the executive team to define and execute Vested’s marketing and growth strategy
Lead Vested’s user acquisition efforts across organic and paid marketing channels, including email, community, content, social, partnerships, performance marketing, and more
Drive sustainable growth through constant experimentation across channels and by creation of long-term growth loops
Develop the Vested brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive product-related marketing and growth initiatives
Scale Vested’s user acquisition team with world-class talent

What we look for in you

Experience:
8+ years marketing and growth leadership experience
Demonstrable experience in B2C growth channels including but not limited to referral and affiliate programs, content marketing, community creation, and influencer marketing
Experience hiring, mentoring motivating, and retaining a world-class marketing and growth team
Experience operating business intelligence tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Amplitude, Excel, and Mixpanel
Additional qualities:
You are data-driven and have a track record of taking successful new bets on growth
You are an empathetic leader that embodies resourcefulness, high EQ, curiosity and a bias towards actions
You are a high-level strategic thinker with the ability to understand what’s going on at granular levels of performance
You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal
You have strong analytical skills, and are able to understand metrics and the variables that drive growth
You are a constant learner that can apply learnings to new problems
You are proactive and will follow up when things don’t get resolved
You are results-oriented, take ownership of outcomes, and are able to communicate learnings to the rest of the team
