Virgo provides the leading video capture, management, and AI analytics platform for endoscopy. We work with top medical centers including The Cleveland Clinic, Mount Sinai, Mass General, and UChicago and have built what we believe is the largest dataset of endoscopy videos – 2.5M+ procedures, growing by ~1M/yr. In early 2025, Virgo introduced EndoDINO, an AI foundation model for endoscopic imaging. Trained on data from over 130,000 procedure videos, EndoDINO achieves state-of-the-art performance in a wide range of GI endoscopy benchmarks. Most importantly, EndoDINO is capable of predicting placebo and drug response rates in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease from just a baseline colonoscopy video. This will enable significantly more efficient clinical trials and opens up possibilities for personalized medicine in IBD.
