Description

As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead our human resources function across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with our mission and values while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

The CHRO will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing the company’s global human resources operations, including the management of regional HR teams, implementation of global HRIS systems, and development of cohesive, scalable policies. This individual will have a deep understanding of global employment laws, workers’ councils/unions, and the complexities of managing a distributed workforce. The CHRO will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that enhance organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance across Vita Inclinata's global footprint.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, mission, and growth trajectory.
  • Lead and mentor regional HR teams to ensure consistency in policies, practices, and employee experience across all regions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on workforce planning, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employee development.
  • Oversee global HR operations, including the deployment and management of a robust HRIS system.
  • Manage regional HR teams, ensuring alignment with global policies while respecting regional cultural and regulatory nuances.
  • Collaborate with leaders to create and maintain a unified, inclusive corporate culture across all global offices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all operating regions, including expertise in navigating workers’ councils/unions and their related processes.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and address global HR challenges proactively.
  • Develop and enforce global policies related to hiring, performance management, employee relations, and terminations.
  • Oversee global talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, professional development, and leadership succession planning.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that embraces diversity and enables employees to thrive in their roles.
  • Implement and manage a global HRIS system to streamline operations and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Leverage analytics to measure and enhance HR performance metrics, including employee satisfaction, retention rates, and operational efficiency.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Regular scheduled attendance
  • 30% Travel both Domestic and International
  • Active US passport is required.

Subject to applicable laws and Vita Inclinata’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. All employees must follow Vita Inclinatas’ employment practices and policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises employees in the Human Resources department. Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, selecting, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. For Exempt Managers: Managers that carry out these responsibilities for two or more employees will have significant input in hiring and termination decisions.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university and 5 to 10 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master’s degree in business or related field is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), or GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) can be an advantage.
  • Proven expertise in managing HR teams across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workers’ councils/unions and global employment laws and practices.

Skills

  • Exceptional ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Track record of driving organizational change and fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and creating scalable solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong experience with implementing and managing global HRIS systems.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on workforce metrics.

Compensation

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this role is $150,000 to $225,000 per year, plus bonus, however, Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
