What we look for

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager for the CS team that can help Alessio, our CEO, in managing the existing business portfolio. You will ensure that customers understand our product and are 100% satisfied with our service, both before and after the sale. You will manage existing client relationships, managing contract renewals, driving upsell opportunities, and delivering high-impact user training sessions.

Our Customer Success function is still being built, giving you the opportunity to create processes from scratch and operate with a high degree of autonomy across multiple initiatives. You will play a key role in scaling the team, including hiring and mentoring new team members.

You’ll be in constant contact with clients, developing a deep understanding of their needs and translating feedback into actionable insights. At the same time, you will work closely with the product team to shape the product roadmap, helping define priorities and features for the upcoming quarters.

About you

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and prefer solving problems over simply executing tasks đź’ˇ If your long-term goal is to build your own startup, this is the perfect fit.
  • You are patient and active listener. đź’ˇOur users often face challenges in understanding new technologies, so you’ll need to be patient and empathetic in guiding them to use our product effectively and get the most out of it.
  • You’re almost technical, you have a solid understanding of technologies and infrastructure. đź’ˇIn client meetings, you’ll engage with Head of AI, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders, discussing integrations and technical setups. If you’ve never worked with or heard of APIs, this role is not the right fit.
  • You have prior experience or a strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry, including employment agencies and search firms. đź’ˇ When guiding users toward success, you understand their workflows, goals, and decision-making processes, and can help them leverage the platform effectively to achieve results. You’re also familiar with the key structures and dynamics of this industry, allowing you to speak their language and provide meaningful support.

Responsibility

  • Onboard new clients and guide them to success.
  • Training users towards an effective usage to reach their goals. This success part will be divided in the future and won’t be your responsibility.
  • Build and manage client relationships.
  • Organize and provide monthly value to champions to help them monitor results.
  • Organize quarterly reviews with decision makers to give a high sense of ROI and product roadmap.
  • Engage with the product teams driving product development aligned with clients expectations you listen everyday.
  • Track all activities and progress using HubSpot.
  • Be daily involved with the founding team to identify and discuss new strategies

Skills

Required:

  • 2 years sales experience in B2B startups. Preferably in upselling and cross-selling, and you feel comfortable suggesting new products or services to customers.
  • Knowledge in using Hubspot (other CRM still works)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English (we do have an international team, daily operations and alignment are all in English)
  • Organized: you will do different tasks at the same time.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge about the market we operate: staffing and recruitment.
  • We place a strong emphasis on soft skills: curiosity, storytelling ability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
  • You can and are comfortable to work in high pressure environment.
  • You are ready to scale your ambitious to Europe. Spanish is a plus.
  • You you already used Intercom to manage users interactions.

Compensation & Benefit

  • RAL: Up to 30k plus uncapped quarterly bonus.
  • Stock Options Plan: decided upon alignment with the role and the team.
  • Smart Working: we have an office in Turin in OGR, we recommend to come in presence but you are free to be full remote.

Selection Process

We keep our hiring process simple, respectful of your time, and focused on truly getting to know you. We aim to move fast, typically within 6 weeks from first call to final decision.

  1. Introductory Call: we get to know each other and assess you mindset, attitude and reasoning (video call).
  2. Experience Deep-Dive: we’ll explore your past roles, decisions, and learnings in depth (video call).
  3. Role Play: you will receive an assessment from the team to be completed by your own with your customer success skills (no presence required).
  4. Cultural Fit Interview: a final chat with members of our founding team to make sure we align on mindset, values, and ambitions (presence required).
