🛠 What you'll do

As an Account Executive, you'll own the full commercial relationship with the brands that fuel VOIDS' growth. You won’t just hit a number, but architects how VOIDS goes from two-figure to four-figure customer counts, building the sales infrastructure for hyper-growth and growing into a Sales team lead within two years.

Specifically, you will:

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to demos, negotiation, and close, delivering against clear performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business and account expansion
  • Provide strategic insight, analyzing client performance and showing decision-makers exactly how VOIDS solves their pain and drives measurable business improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the founders, engineers, scientists and customer success to deliver a seamless customer experience, and feed insights back to sharpen our offering
  • Pioneer new business in a largely untapped market: experiment with targeting, messaging, and process, and set up profitable partnerships in other markets (GTM Europe and USA).
  • Build the sales playbook and infrastructure that lets us scale the team, influencing the trajectory of VOIDS as we expand across e-commerce
  • Represent VOIDS on the biggest stages in e-commerce events (K5, NewCom, OMR in the DACH region, and other major US commerce events ex. Ecom Roundtable in San Diego)
  • Actually get things done, deciding yourself what to focus on, without bureaucracy

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Fluency in German (DACH focus) and English (we work internationally)
  • 3–5+ years as an Account Executive with a proven record selling SaaS to executive-level
  • Comfortable closing €1,000,000+ ARR per year with ticket sizes of €10–50k ARR
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, LinkedIn outreach, and presenting on stage at events
  • Hands-on with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC across the full cycle
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders across departments and seniority levels, building long-lasting relationships, most often with founders and heads of function at large brands
  • A natural affinity for data and technical topics, translating data → insights → actions
  • High resilience in complex negotiations and a willingness to experiment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) for tracking accounts, forecasts, and pipeline
  • Strong commercial intuition and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy in problem-solving

  • Domain experience in supply chain, e-commerce, or marketing
  • Track record of being an first sales hire and helping build a sales function from the ground up
  • Experience selling technical or data-driven products to non-technical buyers
  • Exposure to outbound tooling and sales automation that you've used to move faster

  • You've built and qualified a healthy pipeline and moved your first deals toward close
  • You've closed or substantially advanced new business that's already contributing to ARR
  • You've found and delivered an improvement to our sales process, messaging, or tooling
  • You've built first relationships with customers that tighten our feedback loops
  • Everyone in the team knows what you're working on, and you proactively support others
