Who we are: Voltaage is an electric mobility marketplace for companies needing to electrify their vehicles fleet. The problem we solve: Companies in Europe have increasing legislative pressure to electrify their fleet and reduce carbon emissions. - Small Businesses are struggling the most as they are no EV experts and they lack the tools and the skills to manage an EV fleet. - Car Dealers are expected to guide SMEs in the energy transition, but they lack the tools and expertise to plan fleet electrification. Moreover, they are in a long-term trend of decreasing ROI, market share & customer lifetime value. The Benefits we provide with our software: - For Small Businesses: a single point of contact to plan and execute fleet electrification and a simple software to manage an EV fleet. - For Car Dealers: revenue stream diversification, increased conversion rate and retention rate with B2B customers. Business Model: - Marketplace: we aggregate electrification options (vehicles, charging & services) and we charge Vendors a 5% commission on transactions occurring on our marketplace. - SaaS: we charge buyers a subscription fee of 10EUR/month/car to use Voltaage for EV fleet management features. Ideal Customers: - Vendor: Car Dealership Group, owning 5 dealerships, EUR200M annual revenues, (50% from B2B sales). - Buyer: Companies with small fleets from 20 to 100 car & vans, with strong ESG commitments (ex. water utility company) Market Competition: - Startups developing electric mobility marketplaces for SMEs: Eve, Diode, Beev. - Potential new entrants: B2C marketplaces such as Carro, Carsome, Kavak, Carvana. - Voltaage USP: AI-ML upselling custom electric mobility packages based on client's fleet telematics. Economics: - Annual recurrent commission per client (40 cars fleet): ~EUR1.400 - SaaS ARR: EUR4.800 (MRR: EUR400, 5% churn rate) Traction and current status (as of August 2022): The software beta is available and was developed with users during 3 Pilot projects (860 cars analyzed). We have won 2 paying pilots for a total of EUR22k ARR (CLV of EUR330k), and 4 other pilot projects are at the negotiation stage.
