Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Student Success Director to join our team in an advisory capacity. This role involves helping shape our strategy to maximize our impact on student success. As an advisor, you will provide valuable insights and guidance to enhance our services, ensuring we effectively support students and institutions alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic advice on best practices in student retention and graduation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on implementing personalized learning methods.
• Review and analyse our analytics to better identify at-risk students.
• Contribute to shaping the overall strategy and direction of Voovo’s offerings.

Requirements:

• Ideally 5 years of experience as a Student Success Director or in a similar role.
• Experience in improving student retention and graduation rates.
• Passionate about improving student outcomes and helping educational institutions succeed.

Compensation:

• Monthly retainer of $1,500 for approximately 10 hours of advisory work per month.
• Potential equity options to align interests with the long-term success of Voovo.
