Key Responsibilities
- Lead Implementations: Own the delivery of 2–3 simultaneous SaaS deployments, ensuring outcomes are on-time, in-scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Account Ownership: Manage 3–5 existing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction, retention, and renewal
- Growth Partner: Identify upsell opportunities and mitigate risk through proactive engagement and strategic alignment
- Bridge Client & Product: Gather feedback, articulate feature requests, and work cross-functionally to influence roadmap priorities
- Product Mastery: Become a subject matter expert on the Voyager platform and confidently guide customers through workflows and best practices
- Data Analysis: Use SQL to analyze maritime costs, schedules, and invoice data, helping clients uncover insights and drive better decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, customer success, or project delivery
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and expectations
- Analytical mindset — confident using data (SQL a plus) to solve problems and drive business impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English fluency required)
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused approach—thrives in fast-moving environments
- Willingness to travel internationally to support key clients as needed
Nice to Have
- Background in maritime, logistics, or commodity industries
- Familiarity with SQL, project management tools (e.g., Monday), or PMP certification
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, business, or a related field
