We’re looking for a Product Enablement & Academy Product Owner to join our team at Voyc — someone who’s equal parts strategist, content creator, product thinker, and doer. You’ll take full ownership of our enablement ecosystem — including the Voyc Academy, Help Centre, onboarding flows, and in-product learning — and help our users and internal teams succeed, even when the product isn’t perfect (yet).
This is not a traditional training role. It’s a high-responsibility position for someone who treats enablement like a product and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty — learning fast, building smart, and delivering at pace.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the full enablement roadmap and platform across our Academy, Help Site, in-product training, and certifications.
- Creating educational content across formats: walkthroughs, videos, written guides, in-product help, and structured onboarding tracks — all tailored to real user needs
- Staying tightly aligned with our evolving product so your content can keep up — and help fill the gaps when it can’t.
- Embedding enablement in our product release cycles, sprint reviews, and go-to-market launches.
- Analysing usage data and feedback to improve what’s working — and pivot quickly on what’s not.
- Working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to understand where enablement is most urgently needed.
- Building scalable systems for content development, audits, updates, and platform maintenance.
What Makes This Role Challenging
- Our product is powerful — but still evolving. You’ll need to adapt fast and help users navigate ambiguity with clear, creative enablement.
- We move quickly. There’s not always a detailed brief, so self-direction and strong judgement are essential.
- Sometimes, the content you create is the workaround — filling in functionality gaps until the product catches up.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, content strategy, or education — with at least one role where you built an Academy or equivalent from scratch.
- Demonstrated experience writing, designing, and producing structured learning content from concept to launch.
- A strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to explain them clearly, even when the UI is still in flux.
- Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder skills — and the ability to manage multiple streams of work independently.
- Experience owning and managing platforms like an LMS or CMS.
- Curiosity, grit, and a love for solving hard problems that don’t have a blueprint.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling an Academy or enablement function after launch.
- Familiarity with UX, behavioural design, or learning theory.
- Experience working with global or remote teams.
