About the role:

Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, the Strategic Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading implementations and launching new employer partnerships for Wagmo. This position will be at the forefront of defining and executing on the company’s implementation processes and best practices to support Wagmo’s growth and will be a key contributor to the company’s overall success.

What you’ll do:

● Be a pivotal member of our Customer Success team, leading the implementation solutions across small, midmarket and enterprise accounts
● Be responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from post-sales to go-live
● Lead the technical integration between Wagmo and Benefits Administration / HRIS systems (i.e., configuration for open enrollment, file feed / EDI set-up)
● Act as a key point of contact during the implementation process
● Build robust documentation of implementation requirements and best practices
● Drive employee/employer education efforts to promote enrollment in Wagmo
● Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure a timely and successful launch
● Become a specialist in our product, configuration, and internal processes

Work cross-functionally to ensure timely implementation milestones and launch
● Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks

What you’ll need to be successful:

● 5+ years of technical implementation experience with Benefits Administration / HRIS systems
● Experience in a high-growth startup environment
● Proven track record of leading successful implementations
● Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
● Strategic and collaborative approach to implementation
● A team-player attitude with a desire to contribute toward the company’s mission and goals
● Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adaptable to change
● Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams
● Innate motivation, and willingness to work in an autonomous environment – willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done

Key Benefits:
